Matriculation

How to matriculate:

After receiving notification that you have passed the admission test, you can proceed to matriculation.

Before you begin the matriculation process, prepare the following documents required:

• Your front/back ID card copy in a single PDF file.
• Your front/back social security number card copy in a single PDF file.
• A passport-style photograph (bmp, jpg or png) of yourself (size: 35×40 mm = 132×151 pixels – Max file size: 3 MB) on a neutral background is needed for your badge.

• You can directly access Esse3 online registry services at Esse3 https://ssml.esse3.cineca.it/Home.do
• Do you want to change your credentials? After logging in Esse3 → Menu → Password
• Have you forgotten your credentials? Menu → Forgot Password​
• Do you have difficulty with any of these procedures? Write an email to helpdesk.registrazione@ssmlcarlobo.it

Students passing the admission test can matriculate.

• Matriculations take place in a chronological order until classes have reached the maximum of students according to the number set forth in each campus.
• Students who matriculate before attaining the school-leaving diploma are subject to confirmation.
  By 31 July students are required to confirm they have attained the upper-secondary school diploma through the Student Office Services in their personal area.
• If the students who have attained their diploma do not confirm it within deadline and as indicated above, they are not entitled to a refund of the installment paid.
